Theos is committed to fostering an environment of respect, professionalism, and exceptional service for all members, partners, and invited guests. To maintain this standard, all participants are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct during flights, within private terminals and lounges, and at all Theos-related events.

●      Respect for Privacy:
All members, partners, and guests must respect the privacy of others at all times. Personal interactions and conversations are to remain confidential unless explicitly agreed upon by all parties involved.

●      Professionalism:
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions with fellow members, guests, partners, and staff.

●      Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
Abide by all applicable laws, aviation regulations, and guidelines while utilizing Theos services and facilities.

●      Dress Code:
Follow the designated dress code, which is business casual or appropriate for the occasion, unless otherwise specified.

 

●      Adherence to Crew Instructions:
Follow all instructions provided by the flight crew to ensure a safe and pleasant flight experience.

●      Cleanliness and Care:
Treat the aircraft and its facilities with care. Dispose of trash in designated areas and report any spills or damages to the crew immediately.

●      Prohibited Items:
Strictly adhere to the prohibited items list as outlined in Theos’ flight policy. Illegal substances, hazardous materials, and unapproved items are not allowed onboard.

●      Safety & Security Compliance: Members and guests must comply with all security procedures, identification requirements, baggage restrictions, and crew instructions as required by Theos, its operating partners, and applicable aviation regulations.

 

●      Respect for Shared Spaces:
Use lounge facilities responsibly and avoid monopolizing shared spaces or amenities.
Maintain a respectful environment by keeping noise levels appropriate and minimizing disruptions to other guests.

●      Non-Disclosure:
Members and guests are expected to respect the privacy of others and exercise discretion regarding conversations and interactions that occur during Theos flights, events, and experiences.

●      Photography, Videography & Social Media:

Photography or video recording of other members, invited guests, partners, or staff is prohibited without their explicit consent. Members and guests should exercise discretion when sharing content related to Theos experiences and respect the privacy of others at all times.

●      Moderation:
Alcohol consumption should be moderate and responsible. Intoxication that results in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

●      Compliance with Aviation Regulations:
All passengers are required to comply with applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, crew member instructions, and safety protocols at all times. Theos and its operating partners reserve the right to deny boarding or discontinue service to any individual whose condition or conduct may compromise the safety, security, or comfort of others.

●      Prohibition of Illegal Substances:
The possession, use, distribution, or transportation of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on all aircraft and at Theos-affiliated facilities and events.

●      Smoking & Vaping:
Smoking, vaping, and the use of any electronic smoking devices are strictly prohibited onboard all aircraft. Passengers are expected to comply with all applicable aviation regulations and facility policies regarding smoking and vaping throughout their travel experience.

 

 

 

●      Right to Refuse Service, Boarding or Access:

Theos reserves the right to deny boarding, remove access to an event, suspend privileges, or terminate membership when necessary to protect the safety, comfort, and experience of other members and guests.

●      Reporting Violations:
If you witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, report it immediately to a Theos staff member or representative.

●      Consequences for Violations:

Minor violations may result in a warning or temporary suspension of privileges. Serious or repeated violations may result in membership termination or a ban from Theos services, subject to review by Theos management.

By applying for, accepting, or maintaining membership in Theos, and by participating in any Theos flight, event, service, or experience, members, partners, and invited guests agree to comply with this Code of Conduct and all applicable policies, procedures, and aviation regulations.
