2. Referral by an Existing Member or Partner
   • Current members and select partners may nominate individuals for membership consideration.
3. Submit an Online Expression of Interest
   • You may submit your information through the membership inquiry form on the Theos website.
   • This is not an automatic approval — it simply initiates the review process.

Yes. Members may bring guests depending on availability and flight configuration. Guest policies are provided during onboarding.

To begin the process:

Please bring a valid, government-issued REAL ID. Acceptable forms of identification include:

• State-issued REAL ID-compliant driver's licenses or identification cards
• A temporary driver’s license is not an acceptable form of identification.
• State-issued Enhanced Driver's License (EDL) or Enhanced Identification Card (EID)
• U.S. passport
• U.S. passport card
• DHS trusted traveler cards (Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI, FAST)
• U.S. Department of Defense ID, including IDs issued to dependents
• Permanent resident card
• Border crossing card
• An acceptable photo ID issued by a federally recognized Tribal Nation/Indian Tribe, including Enhanced Tribal Cards (ETCs) HSPD-12 PIV card

Physical ID is mandatory: You must present a valid, physical, government-issued photo ID to the operator's staff at the private terminal to cross-reference against the passenger manifest. Digital wallets or state mobile IDs (mDLs) are not accepted at FBOs for boarding.
