Where do I park?
Complimentary parking may be available at select FBO locations, though availability is limited. We encourage members to utilize rideshare services, private transportation, or book preferred transportation through our partner Kaptyn for the most seamless experience.
Can I drive up to the aircraft before departure? Where will I get picked up on arrival? Is there a valet service?
Unfortunately, due to our required passenger screening procedures, vehicles are not permitted on the ramp prior to departure.
For arriving passengers, many casinos and private transportation providers are authorized to provide plane-side pickup on the ramp; however, not all transportation companies have this access. If you would like plane-side pickup upon arrival, please confirm directly with your transportation provider that they have ramp access at KLAS.
For private transportation, we partner with Kaptyn, which does have ramp access at KLAS.
If your transportation provider does not have ramp access, please instruct them to pick you up at Theos Lounge, located at 5050 Koval Lane, Las Vegas, NV. This is the pickup address listed on your reservation.
We are also unable to offer any valet services at our Theos Lounge FBO. Clay Lacy Van Nuys does offer valet services.

Is there security screening?
Yes. All passengers are screened prior to departure in accordance with private aviation security protocols. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID that matches your reservation.
What services are onboard?
Members enjoy a curated selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, premium snacks, complimentary Wi-Fi, and attentive onboard service. Wi-Fi availability and performance may vary based on route and operating conditions.
May I book flights last minute?
While last-minute bookings may occasionally be available, we recommend booking at least 48 hours prior to departure to ensure availability and allow our team to provide the highest level of service.
What happens if I arrive late?
To ensure an on-time departure, we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Flights operate on a strict schedule and may depart without late-arriving passengers. Refunds or credits may not be available for missed flights without a 48-hour notice.
May I bring my children?
To maintain the atmosphere and experience our members expect, children must hold a reservation under your booking, and be at least five years old to travel on Theos flights.
May I bring pets?
Certified service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted on scheduled Theos flights.
How many bags are allowed per passenger?
Each passenger may bring one personal item weighing no more than 10 lbs and not larger than 13" x 13" x 10" in the aircraft cabin. Each passenger may also bring one checked bag not to exceed 30 lbs, with dimensions no greater than 27" x 19" x 12".
Oversized, overweight, or odd-shaped baggage may not be accepted. If you plan to travel with larger items such as golf clubs, skis, sporting equipment, musical instruments, or other specialty baggage, please contact Client Care prior to travel. Our team will review your request and advise whether accommodations can be made based on the aircraft and available baggage capacity.

What is the Theos Lounge?
The Theos Lounge is an exclusive pre-flight space designed for members to relax, work, or socialize prior to departure. Guests can enjoy comfortable seating, complimentary beverages, light refreshments, and personalized service before boarding.
May I bring my own food and drink?
Yes. Members are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages onboard. To preserve the condition of the aircraft cabin, we kindly ask that guests refrain from bringing items that may cause staining, such as red wine or chocolate. Personal alcoholic beverages may not be brought or consumed onboard.
What happens if weather impacts my flight?
Private aviation offers flexibility, but safety remains our top priority. Delays, schedule adjustments, or cancellations may occur due to weather or operational considerations. Our team will communicate updates as quickly as possible should travel plans be affected.
What aircraft will I be flying on?
Theos flights are currently operated aboard a Challenger 850, one of the largest business jets in its class, offering a spacious cabin, comfortable seating, onboard Wi-Fi, and a premium private aviation experience. Aircraft substitutions may occur based on operational requirements.
How are seats assigned?
Seats are not guaranteed and may be assigned by the Theos team based on operational requirements. If you have a seating preference, please contact Client Care prior to departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I reserve multiple seats?
Yes. Members may reserve multiple seats for guests, subject to availability and membership terms. Guest eligibility requirements may apply.
Can I charter an entire aircraft through Theos?

What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellation eligibility and refund options vary depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation. We require a 48-hour notice to receive a full flight credit.
